Umbria Kinetics is a company founded in Umbria in 2013. While mechatronics and automotive are our core areas, our mission encompasses ideation, design, prototype development, and the production of highly innovative products, thanks to a team of top professionals in their respective fields. A dynamic and modular think tank made up of engineers, mechanical designers, testers, artisans, and creatives.
A story rooted in the rich craftsmanship and industrial tradition of Made in Italy.
Design
UK has a design team covering various engineering fields: industrial design, structural and fluid dynamics calculations, electronic/information systems. These skills cater to a wide range of applications, including hydraulic and gas dynamic systems, surface treatments, mechanical/electronic interfaces, equipment, and industrial machinery.
Research and Engineering
UK has extensive experience in experimental research and development, from the preliminary project study to prototype realization. The company is equipped with instruments for data acquisition, verification tests, and quality control, and it is capable of planning product industrialization.
Production
UK, through a dynamic and flexible structure, manages all production aspects from experimental/prototype phases to final drawings, process optimization, supplier management, and quality control, leveraging its own manufacturing network.
Vehicle Dynamics
UK stands out for its highly innovative products in the suspension market, with a decade of experience in designing and developing vehicle suspension systems. In particular, it holds exclusive patents under the AirTender® brand. The company also has a testing and trial area for components and vehicle setup.
