The line test benches and equipment was born from the need to accurately measure the calibrations and efficiency of the various suspension components and innovative products developed. With this in mind, Umbria Kinetics designed and implemented, concentrating all its experience accumulated over years of research and development, a specific line of machinery dedicated to suspension professionals and those who want to become them: specialized workshops, manufacturers, assemblers. Produced exclusively for Andreani Group international, Umbria Kinetics’ test bench line has immediately established itself as a product of excellence in the international market, thanks to robust and functional mechanics, attractive design, software with a graphic interface and intuitive export functions, containing advanced algorithms developed on the basis of physical models of the various components capable of fully characterizing the suspension.

Umbria Kinetics e Andreani Group have entered into a collaboration that has led to the creation of Suspension Dyno, an innovative shock absorber test bench.
Umbria Kinetics developed both the hardware and the software from scratch. In this way, it was possible to create a stable system, characterized by a’ Simple graphic interface but with professional functionality.
Suspension Dyno is very compact, has a modern design, a strong heart, single-phase 4 kW or three-phase 5.5 kW, and robust mechanics designed to be reliable as well as functional. The chassis was also carefully designed to keep weight down by having the structural rigidity necessary to minimize bending of the body. Therefore, when Suspension Dyno is in operation, vibrations on the work surface are kept to a minimum.
Suspension Dyno since 2016 has been a flagship product of the Andreani Group, both in the domestic and international markets.

After SuspensionDyno, dedicated to accurately measuring the damping force of shock absorbers and forks, we developed Dyno Spring, the first tool dedicated to the complete analysis of each elastic element of the suspension, with a single instrument. Measuring these elements is even more important in today’s suspension technology, with the advent of many nonlinear elements that contribute to the optimal setup of modern suspensions, such as: linear and progressive springs, air springs, air bumpers in the forks (oil level), rubber bumpers, leaf springs, and more.
Thanks to a versatile design and a modern touch screen-based interface and wireless transmission, Dyno Spring is the ultimate spring stiffness measurement tool for suspension professionals.
